3. We install and pick up.
Our full-time crew installs on your date from our 20,000 sq ft warehouse, and we pick up when the home sells.

A full-service staging firm serving Chicagoland since 2003. We specialize in vacant condos and homes of all sizes, from downtown studios to large suburban estates, and can assist with occupied properties that meet certain requirements. What sets us apart from other staging companies is the effortless and enjoyable experience we provide for our clients and partners. What’s Included in a Staging
We tailor our services to meet your specific needs. Whether you need artwork hung and area rugs placed or require a full-fledged staging for an empty, vacant property, we have you covered. Our more comprehensive staging projects include a wide range of furnishings and accessories; such as couches, accent chairs, coffee tables, end tables, dining tables and chairs, throw blankets and pillows, beds, duvet covers, nightstands, lighting, art pieces, mirrors, faux TV screens, towels, and a selection of decorative items such as books, sculptures, and other accents. We carefully select and place each item to showcase the scale and flow of the property, while creating an attractive and inviting space that appeals to potential buyers and renters.
